1. Insert your 9-digit code
Insert the 9-digit code supplied by your technician by phone or email. Press Download.
2. Download the agent
Open your browsers Downloads folder as shown in the image. Left-click once on the ITDept.exe file to run it.
3. You’re set!
The remote application will start. Please wait for your technician to join the session. They’ve received a notification you’re ready.
